The Problem

Sales reps were booking meetings, sending a confirmation email, and hoping for the best. Hope is not a strategy.

What I Built

I pioneered AI integration directly into my mailbox workflow. Here’s what that actually looked like:

  • Automated booking confirmations with smart follow-up sequences
  • AI-generated nudges sent at optimal times before meetings
  • Dynamic rescheduling prompts that made it easy for prospects to move a meeting instead of ghosting it

The Result

Meeting no-shows dropped by 20%. That’s not a vanity metric — that’s real pipeline that would have evaporated turning into real conversations.

The approach was later adopted across the national team as part of the virtual enablement tools I designed.

The Takeaway

AI in sales isn’t about replacing the human element. It’s about removing the friction that stops the human element from happening in the first place.
